WHERE WORDS, ART, AND ALCHEMY MEET

Get to Know Me
I’m interested in how we experience change—not as an idea, but as something lived in the body and felt over time. I trained as a yoga teacher as a way of understanding the mind–body relationship, and I’m deeply curious about psychology, neuroscience, and how awareness shapes the way we relate to ourselves. What I share here comes from paying attention: to lived experience, emotional patterns, and the quiet intelligence of the body.
Areas of Exploration
My work unfolds through different forms of creative and embodied exploration. Each area reflects a way of staying present with experience—of listening, sensing, and giving shape to what is carried beneath the surface of everyday life.

NARRATIVE & SYMBOLIC STORYTELLING
I work with stories and symbols as ways of making inner experience visible. Narrative, for me, is not about explanation or resolution, but about noticing patterns, holding complexity, and allowing meaning to emerge from what is lived, rather than from instruction.

WHAT IS CARRIED
Not everything we carry is visible. Through objects, garments, and materials, I explore how memory, meaning, and presence can be held by the body. These pieces exist as companions—quiet, functional, and symbolic—supporting the act of staying with oneself in everyday life.
03.
EMBODIED PRACTICES
My approach to embodied practices is informed by lived experience and an understanding of the mind–body relationship. Through attention, breath, and presence, these practices support emotional regulation, awareness, and conscious choice—without striving, fixing, or performance.

READ THE BLOG
A space for written reflection shaped by lived experience, attention, and presence. The texts shared here are not meant to instruct or persuade, but to notice patterns, hold questions, and give language to what is being lived as the work continues to unfold.
